An inspirational presence in the legal industry since 2017, SLG takes a clientcentric approach to dispute resolution resulting in multiple Fortune 100 companies repeatedly retaining SLG to resolve contractual, financial services, product liability, labor, employment, and personal injury claims through litigation, arbitration, and trial.
As SLG continues its steadfast growth, it is recruiting a Junior Partner with 7+ years of experience in personal injury and general liability litigation. The candidate does not need a current book of business; however, SLG will coach and invest in partners who are interested and willing do the hard work required to develop new business opportunities.
The winning candidate will have experience in all aspects of the trial process. This partner will be responsible for leading and coaching associates and paralegals to become the best advocates they can be. Exceeding client expectations and winning—either through settlement or trial—is the expectation.
This is a senior-level position so the ability to lead, motivate, organize, prioritize and self-pace are critical to this role. Additionally, this is an excellent opportunity for the winning candidate to assist in leading the growth of the insurance defense practice while also learning how to successfully run a legal business.
